A Spiritual Encounter Through Art, ASETA is an experimental workshop for those who wish take the path inward through the creative process.
Everyone has Creative Spirit. In fact it is your true essence. Creative Spirit desires to emerge and be celebrated through you.
So many of us cover up who we really, how we really feel and what we really because we fear exposing our authentic selves. Maybe because we experience embarrassment, shyness or resistance to let go and fully be ourselves.
When we allow just a little bit of uninhibited space, we can use the arts to transform pain, anger, fear and grief into healing that nourishes our souls.

In ASETA we use the creative processes of meditation, art, movement and writing to get in touch with our inner wisdom and experience sacredness in one another.

ASETA is not about making art that is "pretty" or even makes intellectual sense.
It’s about learning to quiet your inner critic and letting Creative Spirit speak divine messages through you.
